Editing/Removing Podcasts and Episodes

Edit/Delete Episode

To edit or remove an audio Episode from within a Podcast, but keep the Podcast collection still, do the following:

1. Go to Content>Podcasts in the main menu
2. Select the Podcast which has the Episode you want to edit or remove
3. Click the three dots to the right of the Episode
4. Select either edit or delete. 

NOTE: 

• Details of the Podcast episode file can also be edited by going to the Content>Files area in the main menu.
• Changes made to the details of a file will update across the website globally wherever that files is being used.
• You can edit the Published Date of a file to manually set the order it appears in the list of files.
• Deleting an Episode does not delete it from your site's storage. An audio file can be permanently deleted in the Files section.

Edit/Delete Podcast

To edit or delete an entire Podcast, do the following:

1. Go to Content>Podcasts in the main menu
2. Click the three dots to the right of the Podcast you want to edit or delete
3. Select either edit or delete. 
4. Changing the 'Published on' date of an Episode/file changes the order which it will appear in the list of files. Most recently published files will appear at the top of the list.

NOTE: Deleting a podcast will not delete the stored audio files from your site's storage. An audio file can be permanently deleted in the Files section.
