Place Overview
The Overview page is your church's dashboard homepage. It gives you a snapshot of tasks that need attention, conversations waiting for a reply, key performance metrics, and helpful guides — all in one place.
Getting There
- From the dashboard, select your church/place
- You'll land on the Overview page automatically. You can also click Overview at the top of the left menu at any time to return here.
Note: If you see a message saying "No Assigned Roles", it means you don't have any roles assigned at this church yet. Contact your church leadership or Adventist Place Support if this is incorrect.
What You'll See
Tasks
A list of action items that need your attention. These may include:
- Profile Images Missing — Your church doesn't have any profile images yet. Click to add them.
- Reviews Unread — You have Google reviews that haven't been read yet (e.g., "3 Reviews Unread"). Click to read them.
- Messages waiting for a reply — Inbox conversations are awaiting a response (e.g., "2 messages are waiting for a reply"). Click to view them.
- Notifications without assigned people — Some notification types don't have a role assigned to receive them. Click to manage.
- Website URL not loading — The website URL on your church's profile isn't working. Click to check and update it.
When all tasks are complete, you'll see a "Great Job. All Done." message with a gold star.
Conversations Waiting
Shows up to 5 inbox conversations that are waiting for a reply. Click any conversation to reply.
If there are no conversations waiting, you'll see "There are no messages waiting for a reply."
Performance
Four metric cards showing activity over the last 30 days:
- New Conversations — The number of new inbox conversations received
- Average Reply Time — How quickly your team responds to messages on average
- Google Review Rating — Your church's average Google rating and total review count (requires Google Business to be connected)
- Campaign Reach — The number of unique people reached through campaigns
