Search Engines and Sitemaps

A sitemap helps search engines to find the pages on your website. Adventist Place automatically creates a sitemap for you at https://yourwebsite.com/sitemap.xml

When you create or edit a page, event, blog post, or other content on your website, Adventist Place will notify Google Search within an hour that a change has been made. Google will then queue the site to be checked but this may still take a day or more.

Turning on/off Google Search Notifications
You can turn on/off sending notifications to Google Search in your sites dashboard by going to Settings > General and toggling "Notify Google Search of changes"
